History

Gerald Anthony (Tony) Lamberth founded the HELP Foundation in 2001. He founded the organization in rural North Carolina in response to a need for disaster planning and management. The foundation’s mission is to bridge the gap between communities and available resources. The HELP Foundation is comprised of experts in All Hazards disaster planning. The Foundation is a 501c3 organization with administrative authorities in Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee.

 In 2008, demand for services moved The HELP Foundation to Houston, Texas.  The organization is based in the greater Houston metro area.
