| Welcome to the HELP! Foundation |
Acts 10:34 - Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, "Truly I perceive that God shows no partiality:"
The HELP! Foundation -- Healing Emotionally; Living
Productively, was established in 2001 by Rebecca Chandler as a platform from which to help other women recover from the emotional and financial devastation common to victims of domestic violence.
The HELP! Foundation operates as a freestanding, non-profit educational outreach of Victory Fellowship, a tax-exempt 501-C3 non-denominational ministry.
The HELP! Foundation functions as an independent branch of Victory Fellowship under its own bylaws and with its own Independent Board of Directors.
The HELP! Foundation has historically sought to be a resource for victims of domestic violence, but it increasingly strives to be a beacon of hope and empowerment for welfare to work mothers, women coming out of prison, recovering addicts, sexual abuse survivors, those recently divorced, or any other individuals trying to break unhealthy cycles, put the pieces of their lives back together, and become productive members of society. The overarching purpose of
The HELP! Foundation is to assist individuals who are attempting to transition from a cycle of crises to more long-term personal growth and stability.
